The Cookbook

If you have been following my blog for awhile you know that I am writing a cookbook (eeeeeek!). I am develpoing the recipes, and photographing the book myself. The book is centered around the idea of coffee and high quality baked goods. I developed a handful of recipes, then asked local coffee brewers to match their specific roasts to my recipes. I am ecstatic to have Stumptown, Cova Coffee, Trailhead Coffee Roasters, and Clive Coffee in my book. These roasters have taken time to look at each recipe and match it to the ideal coffee, giving you the best experience of both coffee and pastry.
