Do you have a favorite food that triggers a wonderful memory?

A big trigger for me is British tea (fixed of corse in the Englidh style: with sugar and milk) and Digestives. My Sister and Brother-in-law just got back from a trip to England, and they brought me back some (!!!). I am savoring them for as long as I can.

Isn’t it amazing how food can trigger memories? If I have a really good pizza, I am instantly back to those streets of Italy, basking in the sun at a street cafe.

P.S. Do you know of a plas in the States you can buy Digestives?

chariteas is a little tea house in sandy. i work there a couple days a week, and the owner asked me to take a few pictures (well, you know me i took a more then a few), but these are my faves.
